In a video collaboration with fitness tracker brand Whoop, the football star shared insights into his disciplined sleep routine.
“Sleep is the most important tool that I have. To be consistent in the time that I go to bed and the time that I wake up.
“I mean, like example, I go to bed around 11, 12 and wake up 8.30. It’s my routine,” Ronaldo said.
He further emphasised the vital role of rest and recovery, calling sleep “probably the most important thing that we have in life in terms of health spend.”
