The United States President, Donald Trump has demanded Iran’s complete surrender of its nuclear program during military operations dubbed “Operation Epic Fury,” which reportedly targeted Iranian sites at the end of February 2026.
Trump while speaking with reporters said, “They’re going to give up nuclear weapons. They’re going to give us the nuclear dust. They’re going to do everything that we want to do. And you know what? They’re going to go on and maybe have a great country again. But if they don’t do that, they’re not going to have a country.”
The remarks come as U.S. forces conduct precision strikes, with Trump framing non-compliance as a path to regime destruction.
Tensions are mounting further, with Iran threatening to close the Strait of Hormuz and strike U.S. power plants. U.S. officials claim an “imminent nuclear threat” from Iran, though the Arms Control Association notes a lack of public evidence, raising fears of a prolonged war.
