United States President Donald Trump has escalated threats against Iran, warning of devastating strikes on its entire electric grid unless a deal is reached soon.

Trump declared the US will “hit them extremely hard over the next two-to three weeks” and “bring them back to the Stone Ages where they belong.”

He emphasised that core campaign objectives are “nearing completion,” while noting an unintended regime shift, “Regime change was not our goal. We never said regime change, but regime change has occurred because of all their original leaders’ death. They were dead.

“The new group is less radical and much more reasonable.”

The president laid out an ultimatum, “If during this period of time no deal is made, we have our eyes on key targets. If there’s no deal, we are going to hit each and every one of their electric generating plants very hard and probably simultaneously.”

Trump added that oil facilities have been spared so far—“We’ve not hit their oil even though that is the easiest target, because it would not give them even a small chance of survival or rebuilding”—signaling restraint amid ongoing discussions.

The proposed power strikes could plunge hospitals, water systems, and civilian life into chaos.
