Afrobeat star, Damini Ogulu alias Burna Boy has addressed the reason he attacked a fan and suddenly left the stage during a performance at the Greater Lagos Countdown 2025.

Burna Boy in a post via his Instastory claimed he has Post-traumatic stress disorder caused by being startled on stage, and that was why he had to kicked a fan who suddenly climbed the stage while he was performing.

He further added that the PTSD is the reason he walked off the stage on Tuesday night.

Burna Boy wrote, “It was a free show. I was supposed to do 10mins and did almost an hour.

“Everybody knows my rule about getting on stage and startling me when I’m performing.

“I had an amazing time with Lagos State last night. Don’t jump on my stage like that! I got PTSD. I love you all. Happy New Year.”
