Wike hosts suspended Rivers State lawmakers in UK

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has hosted suspended Rivers Assembly lawmakers to a dinner in the United Kingdom.
In a video shared on X (formally Twitter) by the Minister’s aide, Lere Olayinka, on Tuesday, Wike left Nigeria on Sunday night after visiting political friends and associates in Port Harcourt.
Olayinka informed the suspended lawmakers were in the UK for a Legislative Capacity Building.
Olayinka wrote, “Yesterday, the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, hosted Rivers State House of Assembly members who are in the United Kingdom for Legislative Capacity Building, to a dinner.
“Wike left Nigeria on Sunday night after visiting his political friends and associates in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.”
