Workers with pension accounts now 10,615,028- PenCom

Workers with pension accounts stood at 10,615,028 as of the end of January 2025.

Figures obtained by Dailyeconomy from the National Pension Commission (PenCom) on Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) membership as at January 2025 revealed on Thursday.

The total assets under the Contributory Pension Scheme also rose from N22.51tn as of the end of December 2024 to N22.86tn in January.

PenCom disclosed that the funds were invested in Federal Government securities, money market instruments, and mutual funds.
