X (formally Twitter) has established video and audio call features to allow users to make calls directly within the app.

Dailyeconomy on Tuesday evening observed that the social media platform (X) has added both video and audio call features.

The innovation is part of the platform of Chief Executive Officer, Elon Musk’s vision for the app as an everything app, that enables customisable call preferences and is developed to enhance user communication.

Meanwhile, the features were available to specific (VIP) users before, but it is now accessible to every user.

However, Musk on August 2023, announced that X will get audio and video call features as soon as possible.
