Tech billionaire Elon Musk has unleashed a scathing critique of the American judicial system on Friday, calling it “broken” after a federal magistrate judge blocked charges against former CNN host Don Lemon over his role in a disruptive Minnesota protest.

The controversy stems from an incident at a St. Paul church service, where anti-immigration enforcement demonstrators interrupted proceedings.

Federal prosecutors arrested several participants, including Lemon, but the judge rejected the Department of Justice’s push for charges, citing “legal and factual considerations.”

Musk, reacting swiftly on X (formerly Twitter), posted, “our judicial system is broken.”

His words ignited online debate, spotlighting perceived inconsistencies in prosecutorial decisions.

The decision has fueled broader discussions on prosecutorial discretion.
