Exit polls from Elchiringuitotv and outlets including MARCA, AS and COPE project incumbent Florentino Pérez winning the Real Madrid presidential vote on June 7, 2026 with roughly 64–68% of the vote over challenger Enrique Riquelme.
The snap election called by Pérez after a trophyless 2025–26 season was the club’s first contested presidential ballot since 2006 and drew record turnout among roughly 95,000 socios.
If confirmed, Pérez’s victory would extend his presidency to 2030 amid talk of major transfers, coaching changes and high-profile signings.
Pérez, 79, ran on stability and continued big-money moves reportedly including talks for major targets and managerial changes; Riquelme, 37, campaigned for sweeping reforms, a return to La Fábrica values and a different sporting leadership team.
