The naira was bought and sold at N1,490/$ and N1,495/$ at the parallel market on Thursday, June 6, 2024 according to figures obtained from the Bureau de Change Operators.
It was traded at N1,850/ £ and N1,890/ £, and N1,550/€ and N1,570/€ at the parallel market.
At the Investor & Exporter forex window, the naira hit a high of N1,505/$ before closing at N1,481/$.
Total turnover at the official window was $213.31m, figures obtained from the FMDQ showed.
