Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc marked its 30th anniversary with a thanksgiving service themed “Fulfilling Purpose” in Lagos today Saturday.
The event attracted chieftains, staff, well-wishers, financial leaders, industry stakeholders, and a former Commissioner for Insurance, Mr. Fola Daniel.
During the colorful celebration, some staff were honoured with long-service awards for their dedication and loyalty to the company.
Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, Chairman of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, recounted the company’s humble beginnings and its remarkable expansion beyond Nigeria to countries including Liberia and Niger, where it is establishing a leadership position in the insurance industry.
“The Lord has been faithful,” Dr. Ogunbiyi said, acknowledging the company’s growth and achievements over three decades.
Femi Asenuga, Managing Director of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, highlighted the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and a supportive work environment.
He emphasized that fostering a great workplace culture has helped retain talented staff who have remained with the company for years.
