Portable ready to fight Anthony Joshua

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has thrown down the gauntlet to British-Nigerian heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua, demanding one billion naira to step into the ring.

The 30-year-old Afrobeats star took to social media on Friday, posting a video where he flexed his muscles and declared his readiness to battle the two-time world heavyweight champion.

“If they give me one billion, I am ready to take you down, Anthony Joshua,” Portable boasted, striking aggressive poses and mimicking punches while hyping up his followers.

Known for his streetwise lyrics and public feuds, the singer has no formal boxing background but positioned himself as a fearless underdog.

“Anthony Joshua, I dey ready!” he added in pidgin English, urging promoters to make the fight happen.

However, Anthony Joshua, 37, who holds a professional record of 28 wins and four losses, has not yet responded to the challenge.

The boxing star, who last fought in September 2024, has been focusing on a comeback amid rumours of a potential undisputed heavyweight title clash.
