Rema reveals reasons behind Davido, Wizkid’s war of words

Afrobeat star, Divine Ikubor well called Rema, has disclosed the reason behind the two Afrobeat bigwigs, Davido and Wizkid’s word punches.

In a recent video clip, Rema equated them to football players, stating that when they are on the field it feels like a war, but after the match, love follows.

He said, “When Davido be like ‘I’m bigger than’ and Wizkid reply with ‘They said they are bad, but I swear they do nothing,’ it is all for the sport.

“We keep it like Ronaldo, we keep it in the Lebron ways, when we are in the match, it’s war but outside the match, it is all love.”

The feud between Davido and Wizkid primarily stems from competition and rivalry, heightened by their respective fan bases. The discord began around 2014.
