Unitrust Insurance Company Limited has successfully met the NIIRA 2025; recapitalization requirement, and received its New license from the National Insurance (NAICOM), marking a significant milestone in the Company’s growth and long-term strategic vision.
This achievement follows the successful completion of the Company’s capital raising initiative through a Rights Issue, which was concluded successfully. The enhanced capital position reinforces Unitrust Insurance’s financial strength, its underwriting capacity, and further positions the Company to deliver innovative insurance solutions while creating sustainable value for its customers, business partners, and shareholders.
