Video: NAF destroys terrorist structures in Mandara Mountains

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has continued its counter-terrorism push on April 27, 2026, obliterating terrorist hideouts in the Mandara Mountains during a precision strike under Operation HADIN KAI.
A Tuesday NAF statement detailed the Air Interdiction operation at Guduf, a known insurgent enclave.
“Acting on credible intelligence and prior confirmatory Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), NAF air assets executed a coordinated operation that identified multiple terrorist structures and logistics hubs,” it said.
The strike “resulted in the destruction of key terrorist structures and logistics hubs, significantly degrading their operational capability,” while prioritising civilian safety and rules of engagement.
NAF reaffirmed its “relentless posture in denying adversaries freedom of action and safeguarding national security.”
