Nigerian vocalist Waje has come forward claiming she was the female voice featured on P-Square’s hit song “Do Me,” but received neither payment nor official recognition for her contribution.

In a recent interview, Waje expressed her disappointment, stating, “It was disheartening to hear my voice on the airwaves and not be acknowledged despite my work on the track.”

She also disclosed that although she was informed about the music video shoot in South Africa, she was neither invited nor compensated.

Waje further shared a troubling personal experience from that time, mentioning, “There was a moment that left me feeling disrespected, and I confided in fellow singer Omawumi about it.”
