APC extends deadlines for 2027 election aspirants’ forms

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has further extended timelines for the sale, submission, and screening of aspirants’ forms ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka announced in a Monday statement.
“APC EXTENDS ASPIRANTS’ FORMS SALE AND SUBMISSION DEADLINES, ADJUSTS SCREENING DATES FOR 2027 ELECTIONS,” the statement titled.
Key changes include:
• Sale of Forms: Until midnight, Wednesday, May 6, 2026
• Submission of Forms: Until midnight, Thursday, May 7, 2026
• Screening of Aspirants: Friday, May 8 to Tuesday, May 12, 2026
• Publication of Screened Aspirants: Wednesday, May 13, 2026
The adjustments aim to accommodate more party members vying for positions.
