Aston Villa have reached a club-to-club agreement to sign winger Alejandro Garnacho from Chelsea, transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed.

The deal is structured as a loan with an obligation to buy that becomes mandatory if certain performance-based conditions are met.
