Real Madrid have reportedly surpassed €200 million from La Fábrica sales this summer, overtaking the club’s previous record of €136.1 million from the summer Cristiano Ronaldo left for Juventus in 2018.
According to Spanish reports, the club’s academy departures have turned into a major revenue stream, with deals involving Nico Paz, Gonzalo García, Víctor Muñoz and others driving the total higher.
The strategy includes sell-on clauses, buyback options and retained percentages, allowing Madrid to cash in on youth development while keeping future upside on several players.
