The Nigerian insurance industry is on the verge of a historic milestone as the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) prepares to usher in its first female Chairman, Mrs. Ebelechukwu Nwachukwu, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rex Insurance Limited.
Nwachukwu is expected to formally assume office as the 27th Chairman of the association on July 3, 2026, marking a landmark moment in the history of the NIA and Nigeria’s insurance sector.
