The Super Falcons of Nigeria have been eliminated from the Paris 2024 Olympics following a 3-1 defeat to Japan in their final Group C match.
This loss marks their third consecutive defeat in the tournament, having previously lost to Brazil and Spain without securing a win.
In today’s match, Japan took an early lead with goals from Maika Hamano and Mina Tanaka.
