President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian have signed a Memorandum of Understanding Wednesday aimed at ending the conflict between their countries, with negotiating teams from both sides scheduled to meet in Geneva on Friday to finalise implementation details.
The brief, widely broadcast video of the signing showed Trump and Pezeshkian exchanging pens and signatures in a ceremonial ceremony, while diplomats described the document as a 14‑point framework intended to halt hostilities and lay the groundwork for a comprehensive peace agreement.
